Fabulous Frederickton Family

As long as I can remember at least one time every year my family has loaded up and made the 14 hour road trip to grandma's.

My parents grew up in a quaint little town south of St. Louis, MO called Fredericktown. They met in high school, married after and moved to TX. Though there have been several homes between then and now the distance remains. Fredericktown is far away, in miles, culture and size, but I will always love visiting for it is still home to some of my very favorite people!

This trip was planned around my aunt and uncle's 25th wedding anniversary party. It was so great to celebrate them, and to watch those that they love bless them with love and gifts. I was able to meet my cousin's new wife and baby (due Dec 20). Josh is the first of the cousins (on both sides) to marry, so sweet baby Naomi Grace will be warmly and EXCITEDLY welcomed by her grandparents and family.

I posted images of the phenomenal weather we witnessed while there in a previous post, but I reserved this post to include the players that made up the weekend.

Uncle Les and Aunt Eileen were married in 1983, only months after my sweet little birth. Yes, I made an appearance at there wedding as a newborn!

My Great Aunt Betse is pictured here with her fabulous, brother, my Papa. He's got great genes, if I do say so myself (only brown eyes in the family - Papa, Mom, me).

The Provow boy cousins (sans Seth, of course) begrudgingly "posed" for this one. Ben was obviously REAL excited about spending Halloween in Fredericktown as you will see in the following photos.

I love this woman as much as I love anyone or anything on this planet! I'm so thankful you're my mom!!

Just "cous"! Only 16 months seperates us, and I wouldn't have it any other way!

Wanna come along next time? Fredericktown is one of those places everyone should visit in their life. Great people come from these parts.
