NY'10*

*It sure doesn't sound right to say New Years Ten.

Recently I was given a hard time for not more often referring to my college roommates as we called ourselves in college - the Six Chicks! I tend to stick with "best friends" or "college roommates" or "six of my favorite people"

I don't know what it is about that title. It's not as if I'm ashamed of my beloved chicks. Though folks did call us that in college, and we do have many a paraphernalia boasting the label, I would much prefer you meet us before you get this image in your head.

Anywho, now that we all live in this country it's far more possible and common for the Six Chicks to get together when we can. Therefore, New Year's 2010 was spent with my beloved Six Chicks.

When the clock struck midnight, we brought in the new decade with style - sparkling cider and all....

Alright, I'll say it...I love my Six Chicks (college roommates)!!
